A Customer Competence Center (CCC) offers groups and other large customers the opportunity to gather user questions and development suggestions internally, and to try to solve them independently before sending them to SAP. Customers that have agreed a value contract with SAP set up a Center in their organization. SAP supports the running of SAP programs through direct cooperation with the partner's CCC.
