Great success of the Enterprise Services Workplace (ES Workplace): The SAP platform for the rollout of the SAP Business Suite’s Enterprise Services Portfolio to partners and customers shows growing number of users – by July, the total numbers reached 1,000 page hits per day and the 5,000th registered user for the testing environment.
SAP publishes all released Enterprise Services via a central directory of the ES Workplace. Various user-specific navigation views and the integrated full-text search allow SAP customers and partners to quickly find, test, and directly use all Enterprise Services for the development of Composite Applications.
The ES Workplace pools all information from various sources providing a uniform overview of the current SAP offerings on Enterprise Services. “All users – from application-oriented business process experts to technically versed Enterprise Architects – can thus find appropriate information for their sectoral business context as well as for technical application scenarios,” says Oliver Schmidt, Product Manager of the ES Workplace in the Enterprise SOA Delivery Program.
